Opting Out from one of our numbers

The best way to do this is by opening the text message you received from one of our numbers and replying with the word "STOP". Some people accidentally reply "STOP" along with other words, which won't work. Only one word is needed to opt out, make sure the only word you reply with is "STOP". Once you opt out you'll receive one text just to notify you that you have been opted out from the number.

Some people have a "Signature" with their text message which causes the keyword "STOP" to not work. If you have a "Signature" with your text message then you might need to disable it.

Other keywords that work to opt out are UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

We're sorry if you've been bothered by our services. We're working on ways to improve the way people opt out.

Opting Out from Texting Base

To opt out from Texting Base altogether just reply with the keyword "STOPALL" to the message you received from our number. We'll detect this keyword and add you to the opted out list. Once you opt out you'll receive one text just to notify you that you have been opted out from our services.

You can also contact us with your number and let us know you want to be opted out from our services. We'll add you to the list that will make sure you never receive a text message from our numbers ever again.

Opting Back In

To opt back in the contact just needs to text with the keyword "START" to the number they want to opt back into.
